Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery:

All delivered digital products are final and non-refundable.

Any digital guides, evaluations, or resources

Once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, no refund can be issued.

Exceptions for Technical Issues

We will re-send or restore access to your digital product if:

The file did not generate properly
A technical error blocked delivery
An automation or email delivery issue occurred

Duplicate Purchases

If a user accidentally submits two or more identical paid orders, we may refund the duplicate charge as long as the report was not delivered more than once.
